They are compliant to IEEE 802.3by, SFF-8472 Rev 12.2 and SFF-8402, and compatible with SFF-8432 and applicable portions of SFF-8431 Rev. 4.1. The optical transceiver is RoHS compliant as described in Application Note AN-2038.

Solid little SR28. Dual-rate is handy when you're mixing 10G and 25G gear. Build quality is typical Finisar—latches feel good, DOM is accurate. Runs cool even at full 25G. Would buy again. 5

Not much to say, it works. Setup took maybe 2 minutes and the link came up at 25G over OM3 in my rack. Metal shell seems decent quality 5
